When will I get my order?

‼️We require 10 working days to get your order/s dispatched from our supplier (this excludes weekends and public holidays). Delivery with the courier could still take 24 – 48 hours after it has been dispatched from our supplier.
We will always push to get you your order as soon as possible however this lead time is the only way we can give you.‼️

I will let you know once I’ve received your parcel.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Passion Playhouse sell intimate products which are used for intimate business! Just like your local trusted clothing retailer won’t take back used underwear, we also won’t refund items unless they’re faulty or damaged during shipping. This is really for your protection.

Allow us to explain why:

Many of our sex toys, adult products and lingerie are shipped in the usual high quality, professional packaging. However, it is often impossible to tell if it has been opened, used or tampered with. We will therefore not risk our health and safety standards by accepting returned goods – regardless of whether or not a claim / dispute states that the product has not been used. If we then trusted such a false claim, in all fairness, we could then put the “unused” product back in rotation to be re-sold. This is not good for the customer who purchases these “unused” goods. We don’t think this is acceptable business practice, and we’re certain you would agree.

Most of our toys come with a one-year manufacturers’ warranty to make sure they are in good working condition for you.

MY TOY IS BROKEN! WILL YOU REPLACE IT?

Yes! We will most definitely replace any faulty toy! As long as it is within the year from the date of purchase (1 year from purchase). If your toy is faulty within one month of purchase, we will send a brand new toy and collect the faulty one IMMEDIATELY, courier cost to you. Please get in touch with us via phone call, Whatsapp, or email as soon as your toy has any problems, and we will get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?


If the parcel is still on the way to you, or it has just arrived, but you haven’t opened it yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher. We will charge a 10% handling fee at our discretion, but before we can give you a Credit Voucher, the parcel/item will need to returned in the condition it was dispatched, ie. Sealed in original packaging.
These checks are to ensure it has not been opened and tampered with. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE LINGERIE. CAN I RETURN IT?


We don’t accept returns on any lingerie items that have been removed from their packaging (we’re sure you understand why). When you order your lingerie, be extra-careful that you’re ordering the right size. So make use of our sizing guide to make sure you’re ordering the perfect fit. We really want you to love the lingerie you buy, so have a chat to us and we will gladly assist as much as possible.
